摘要
研究了运用固相微萃取 / GC直接测定水中的三种氯酚的方法 ,得到了分析三种氯酚的 SPME最佳萃取条件。选取聚丙烯酸酯 ( PA)萃取头 ,水溶液调 p H=2 ,并用 Na Cl饱和 ,室温下在持续磁力搅拌下直接萃取 40 min,纤维萃取头在 2 60℃脱附 5min。所建立的方法适于快速、方便地测定水中三种氯酚 。
A simple method was described combining direct solid phase microextraction(SPME) and GC/ECD for the determination of chlorophenol compounds in water. The operating conditions of SPME have been studied. The optimization condition was obtained. Analytes were extracted by a 85 μm polyacrylate coated fiber and directly sampled in the water sample with the extraction period of 40 min with magic stiring and desorption time of 5 min at 260℃. Acidification by hydrochloric acid(pH=2) and saturated salt were necessary for the best sensitivity. This method was fast, simple, preconcentration-free, and was suitable for detecting chlorophenols in water sample.
