摘要
以大豆苷元为原料合成出强水溶性异黄酮类化合物 :7 甲氧基 4′ 羟基异黄酮 3′ 磺酸钠 (1)和 7 甲氧基 4′ 羟基异黄酮 3′ 磺酸钴 (2 ) .抗缺氧缺血活性试验表明 :化合物 1和 2的抗缺氧缺血活性比大豆苷元好 .X 单晶衍射分析表明化合物 2晶体结构以Co2 + 为对称中心 ,含 6分子配位水和 10分子结晶水 ,16个水分子和 7 甲氧基 4′ 羟基异黄酮 3′ 磺酸根的羰基、羟基。
Thestructureofdaidzeinwasmodifiedbysulfonationreaction .Thewatersolublederivativesof daidzeinsodium 7 methoxy 4′ hydroxyisoflavone 3′ sulfonate (1)andcobalt (Ⅱ ) 7 methoxy 4′ hydroxyisoflavone 3′ sulfonate (2 )havebeensynthesized .Theiractivitiesofanti hypoxiaandanti anoxemia havebeentested .Theresultsshowthattheanti hypoxiaandanti anoxemiaactivitiesof 1and 2arebetterthan thoseofdaidzein .Thecrystalof 2 { [Co2 +(6H2 O) ][(C16 H11O4 SO- 3) 2 ]·10H2 O}belongstotriclinicspace groupP1withcellconstantsa =0 735 2 (2 )nm ,b =0 9936 (2 )nm ,c =1 6 30 1(4)nm ,α =91 2 1(2 )° , β =92 0 5 (2 )° ,γ =10 6 5 5 (2 )° ,V =1 14 0 1(5 )nm3,Z =1,Dc=1 5 17g/cm3,μ =0 5 6 6mm- 1, F(0 0 0 ) =5 45 ,R =0 0 4 82 ,wR =0 0 80 6 .Themolecularstructureof 2iscentrosymmetrical .Co(Ⅱ )isthe symmetrycenterof 2andoctahedrallycoordinatedbysixwatermolecules ,ofwhichtheaverageCo—Obond lengthis 0 2 0 6 0nm .7 Methoxy 4′ hydroxyisoflavone 3′ sulfonateanion ,thesix coordinatedCo(Ⅱ )cation andthecrystallinewatermoleculesarelinkedthroughhydrogenbondstoformaninfinitethree dimensional network .Itshouldalsobepointedoutthatthesehydrogenbonds (and/orinteraction)notonlyconnectthe cationsandanionstogethertoforma 3D networkstructure ,butalsoplayaveryimportantroleintheformation , stabilizationandcrystallizationof 2 .
