摘要
以无水AlCl3/ClCH2 CH2 Cl/NMP为催化剂 /溶剂体系 ,由 4,4′—二 (α -萘氧基 )二苯酮 (DNBP) ,4,4′—二苯氧基二苯酮 (DPOBP)和对苯二甲酰氯 (TPC)通过低温溶液共缩聚反应 ,合成了一系列聚醚酮醚酮酮(PEKEKK) /含萘环聚醚酮醚酮酮无规共聚物。考察了单体浓度、反应时间对聚合物分子量的影响 ,并对其进行了IR、DSC、TG。
A series of random copolymers compsed of poly(ether ketone ether ketone ketone) and poly(ether ketone ether ketone ketone) containing naphthalene ring in the main chain were synthesized by low-temperature solution copoly-condensation of 4,4′-di(α-naphthoxy)benzophenone (DNBP) with 4,4′-diphenoxy benzophenone(DPOBP)and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC)in a catalyst/solvent system of AlCl 3/ClCH 2CH 2Cl/NMP.The effects of monomer molarity and reaction time on copolymer molecular weight were studied.Copolymers thus obtatined were characterized by I R,DSC,TG,WAXD etc.The results indicate that the random copolymers display high temperature-resistance and good chemical-resistance.Raising DNBP content in the copolymer increases the Tg of copolymer,but decrease its Tm and crytallinity.The copolymers are semi-crystalline when the content of DNBP is below 30mol%.
