血酮体定量及其临床应用

A SIMPLIFIED METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF BLOOD KETONE BODIES AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION

摘要 建立了一种血酮体定量方法。测定的最适条件是,硫酸浓度为9mol/L;高锰酸钾浓度为5%(170mmol/L);沸水浴加热时间20min;比色波长420nm。应用本法测定了25例正常人和60例糖尿病人血酮体量。糖尿病人血酮体量明显升高(P<0.001),Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型糖尿病人血中酮体量亦有显著的差别(P<0.001)。血酮体的定量测定有助于临床糖尿病的分型。 A sensitive and simplified method for the determination of blood ketone bodies was established. The optimal conditions were: concentration of sulfuric acid 9 mol/L; conce-ntration of potassium dichromate per anganate 5%(W/V); bathing in boiling water for 20 minutes; colormetric wave 420 nm. By applying this method, the blood etone body level was determined in 25 healthy persons and 60 diabetics. The results showed that the ketone body level was ovbiously higher in diabetics(P<0.001)than in normal controls. A wide difference was also found between cases of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (P<0.001). Quantitative dete- rmination of blood ketone bodies is clinically useful for the differntiation of the type of diabetes.
