带孔杯形件成形变形趋向性试验研究

Experimental study on deformation tendency of hole-cup

采用坐标网目法对带孔杯形件成形过程进行了试验研究。试验所获应变分布表明 ,带孔杯形件在成形过程中存在拉深和翻边两种变形趋向性。在模具参数和工艺条件完全相同的情况下 ,其可能的变形趋向与孔的尺寸有关 ;在模具参数改变时 ,其变形趋向稍有变化。

The process of hole\|cup drawing is studied by coordinate\|grid method in the paper.The strain distribution from the experiment indicates that there are deformation tendencies of drawing and flanging in the hole\|cup drawing process.The tendency is related to,in the same die prameter and technology condition,the size of hole.And the tendency changes slightly when the die parameter changes.The studying result in this paper provides the theoretic basis for the deformation tendency analysis and the deformation control of hole\|cup drawing process.
