摘要
用金属、非金属材料对海洋环境下使用的钢铁表面进行涂层防护 ,已成为提高其使用寿命的有效方法。通过对涂层材料的电化学分析及试验结果表明 ,提供阴极保护的Zn、Al涂层有优良的耐海水腐蚀性能。 10 0 μm的Al涂层在静海全浸区可提供 18年的防护。对金属涂层进行封闭的有机涂层材料 ,应有优良的屏蔽性。
The way of coating protection of steel surface in marine environment has become a effective method to improve their duration of life.During this process metallic and nonmetallic material is often used.In the electrochemical analysis and experiment of coating material,it demote Zn and Al,which provide cathodic protection has good anti corrosion to sea water.Al coating that has thickness of 100 μm can offer eighteen years protection in euxenic steeping area.And the metal coating material that has been sealed up should has good shieding.
