摘要
应用丹参及三七注射液防治高分子右旋糖酐所致家兔肺出血模型,结果表明两药均有减轻肺出血的作用,病理检查肺出血对照组心肌坏死灶、肺组织血栓形成及出血程度均明显多于丹参及三七治疗组。为丹参及三七防治新生儿肺出血提供了实验依据。
The rabbit experimental model of pneumorrhagia was established by intravenous injection of highmolecular dextran and thromboplastin, and the effects of red sage root and notoginseng in prophylaxis and treatment on the rabbits with pneumorrhagia were studied. The results showed that the state of the rabbit groups with pneumorrhagia treated with red sage root and notoginseng was evidently milder than that of the control group respectively. The difference was apparent (red sage root group P<0.005, notoginseng P<0.025). Pathological examination showed that the myocardial neorotio focal, formation of thrombus in the lung and the state of hemorrhage in the control were evidently more than that in the groups of red sage root and notoginseng. It is suggested that red sage root and notoginseng might prevnt and cure the pneumorrhagia caused by hyperviscosity, and might protect myocardium in some extent. Therefore a clinical application of them for the prophylaxis and treatment of neonatal pneumorrhagia with an experimental evidence might be provided.
