脊髓髓内肿瘤和脊髓积水症的激光显微手术治疗

LASER-MICROSUROERY FOR INTRAMEDULLARY SPINAL GORD TUMOR AND HYDROMYELIA

本文报道CO_2激光显微手术治疗6例脊髓髓内肿瘤(4例全切除,2例次全切除)和3例先天性脊髓积水症。术后症状改善者8例,稳定者1例,随访2～20个月,效果较满意。作者描述了激光显微手术的方法、指征、优点及其注意事项。对于脊髓髓内肿瘤和先天性脊髓积水症的诊断、手术指征和其它注意事项,也作了简要讨论。

Six cases of intramedullary spinal cord tumor and 3 cases of hydromyelia were treated with CO_2 laser-microsurgery. The intramedullary tumors were completely resected in 4 cases and resected subtotally in 2; for hydromyelia, decompression of foramen magnum region was performed in 2 cases and subarachnoid shunt operation in 1. Postoperatively, the symp- toms were ameliorated in 8 cases and stable in 1. Further followup (2-20 months)revealed continuous improvement of symptoms in 7 cases and no progress in 2. The diagnosis, indication and technique of operation are discussed.
