从理论上对带式输送机胶带跑偏进行了分析,结果表明胶带张力不平衡是造成胶带跑偏的根本原因,从而提出了自动纠偏新设想,并依此研制了新型光一电一液自动纠偏装置,为彻底解决胶带跑偏问题奠定了墓础。

Belt off-tracking causes of a belt conveyer are theoretically analyzed, the results show that the belt tension unbalance is the bottom cause of belt off tracking. The paper puts forward a new idea of auto-rectification and develops a new type light-electric-hydraulic auto-rectification device, which gives a basement for thoroughly solving of belt off-tracking problem
