摘要
研究了碳纤维对CCF/MCPA力学性能的影响以及CCF/MCPA的摩擦学性能和磨损机制。结果表明 ,CCF/MCPA的弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、冲击强度和平面剪切强度随碳纤维含量的增加而提高 ;CCF/MCPA的摩擦系数和磨损量随着载荷的增加而降低。
Tribological properties, wear mechanism and the influence of carbon fiber to mechanical properties of continuous carbon fiber-reinforced monomer casting (MC) nylon (CCF/MCPA for short) were investigated. The results showed that the impact strength, shear strength, flexural strength and modulus increased steadily with the carbon fiber volume fraction (Vf). With increasing of load, friction coefficient and wear rate of CCF/MCPA were decreased and its wear mechanism exhibited mainly abrasive particle wear and adhesive wear.
