Population increases fast in the poverty-stricken areas and the family planning work is difficult to carry out in these areas . Except for the concept that'among the three most unfilial behaviors , it is the worst one to have no offspring',the weakness and imperfectness of the security system in rural areas is the material cause of the ideas that'more children , more good fortune'and'to raise a son for the aging years'.
