实施导师制是学分制条件下加强学生教育管理工作、引导学生成长成才的有效措施。实施导师制必须在运作机制上注意导师制与专职学生管理干部队伍相结合、导师制与班主任制相结合。

Tutorial system is an effective measure under the credit system to reinforce the educational management of the students and to guide them to becoming accomplished talents. In its operating mechanism, we must combine this system with professional student managing cadres system, with class adviser system, and with the establishment of objective responsibility system.
