《组织部新来的青年人》是在《拖拉机站站长和总农艺师》的影响下问世的 ,两篇小说在主题、人物、情节等方面均有相似之处。但作家王蒙不是拙劣地模仿来自苏联的文学作品 ,相反 ,他的作品不少地方还有所超越。总的说来 ,两篇小说各有千秋。

The Young Newcomer to Organization Department came into being under the influence of Head of Tractor Station and Chief Agronomist .The two fictions are similar in theme,character,plot,etc.But the novelist Wang Meng didn't imitate the fiction from Sovciet Union clumsily.Wang has studied Soviet author's works,but his works surpass the Soviet works to some extent.In brief,each has its strong points.
