某型发动机Ⅰ级涡轮工作叶片低周疲劳寿命研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了排除某型发动机一级涡轮工作叶片断裂的故障 ,对现役的同类型叶片采用了“加严无损探伤”的方法 ,筛选掉有缺陷叶片 ;为了验证该方法的可行性和确定合格叶片的安全寿命 ,分别对合格和不合格 (有缺陷 )叶片进行了高温低周疲劳试验研究。在进行试验数据处理时分别使用了最小二乘法和极大似然法对威布尔参数 β、η进行了计算。根据 β、η两个参数 ,计算了合格和不合格叶片在故障概率为 0 .1%时的安全寿命值。 A procedure of Enhanced NDT has been applied in selecting defective blades from those in service to eliminate failure of 1st stage turbine blades of an engine. High temperature and low cycle fatigue tests have been completed on qualified and defective blades to verify feasibility of the procedure and demonstrate safe life of qualified blades. In test data process, least square and max resemblance methods were used in the prediction of Weibull data βandη. From the results, safe life value with a failure probability of 0.1% for qualified and defective blades were predicted.
