A Survey into Project Management of Scientific Research for Military Products

阐述了项目管理的基本理论和方法 ;提出了军品科研项目实施项目管理的方案 ;指出了应注意和需解决的问题 ;并对项目管理理论的学习、实施方案的研究。

In this paper, basic theory and method of project management are expounded and procedures of project management implemented in scientific research for military products have been put forward. Difficulties have been pointed out for special attention and solution. Also, suggestions are proposed on the study of project management theory, survey of applied procedures, duty changes of management organizations and draw up of a complete system.
