摘要
利用小波变换与多分辨率分析理论 ,对振动信号进行多尺度分解 ,通过分析细节信号的能量分布研究了振动信号中碰摩特征。由信号的一种特征向量进行了信号特征的放大处理 ,进而可以清晰地得到振动信号小波分解细节的能量分布特征 ,能够比较准确地诊断碰摩故障程度 。
The rub impact fault between rotor and stator is analysed and diagnosed based on the wavelet transform theory. The detailed features of the vibration signal are obtained by multiresolution decomposition and analysed in the form of energy distribution. Signature analysis, which is based on a rub impact characteristic vector, is in the processing of characteristic amplification. Results show that the degree of rub impact can be diagnosed effectively. Furthermore, it's available when needed to distinguish between no rub impact and annular rub impact.
