摘要
以某型航天器太阳电池阵的模态试验数据为基础 ,对电池阵的连接铰链副刚度参数进行了识别 ,推导出一套识别复杂连接结构的实用方法。通过连接子结构动柔度矩阵特征方程 ,建立了以界面节点内力和界面节点位移为未知数的动平衡方程 ,然后通过子结构上的可测自由度振型来计算连接界面节点力和节点位移 ,最后求解动平衡方程得到连接铰链副的刚度参数。文中还讨论了不同类型单元组合的问题。通过计算结果与试验结果对比 ,表明本文所提出的方法应用于识别复杂连接结构的刚度参数是正确的 。
In this paper, the stiffness parameter of real hinges, which joint the solar cell boards, have been identified based on the modal experiments. According to the procedure of identification, a practical method is developed to identify the stiffness parameters of complex joint elements. The dynamic balance equation unknown parameters of which are the interface node reaction forces and displacements of the joints is established by the eigen function of the joint element dynamic flexibility matrix. Then, the internal measured modal shape of substructures can work out the unknown interface node forces and displacements of joint elements. Finally, the dynamic balance equation is solved to determine the stiffness parameters of the joint elements.
