摘要
以F12 /T80 0纤维为增强材料 ,进行层内、层间几种不同混杂形式的Φ15 0mm压力容器强度及变形性能研究。结果表明 ,层内、层间混杂容器强度接近 ,均低于全碳纤维、全F12纤维容器 ,但其应变低于F12纤维容器 ,具有较高的刚性。
Strength and strain of Φ 150mm pressure vessels made of hybrid fiber composite in differemt intraply and interlaminar forms are studied.The results show that the strength of all the hybrid reinforced pressure vessels in either intraply or interlaminar form are similar but lower than that of the vessels made of pure carben fiber or pure F12 fiber composite.However,hybrid fiber composite vessels have higher stiffness and the axial strain is lower than that of pure F12 reinforced vessels.
