塞锥型面简化与截短对塞式喷管性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用NND差分格式求解N S方程,对截短直锥塞式喷管和用特征线法设计的截短型面锥塞式喷管的流场和性能进行了比较。成功地捕获了流场激波、膨胀波及反射压缩波,计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。对不同型面塞式喷管在不同高度下的推力性能和塞锥截短对发动机性能的影响。研究表明,相同长度的截短直锥发动机总推力比型面锥塞式喷管发动机低1%~1 5%;相对30%截短型面塞锥发动机,50%截短型面塞锥发动机的总推力可提高约2 5%。 Based on NND scheme, a program to solve NS equations was built to predict the flow field and the performance of plug nozzle. The comparison was conducted for three types of nozzles, which were truncated line plug and truncated contour plug designed by method of characteristics. The shocks,expansion and reflected compression waves in the flow field were captured. The results show a good agreement with experiment data. The thrust performances of different plug contours under different altitudes and the effects of different truncations on plug nozzle were emphasized. The effects of plug contour on linear plug nozzle were concluded.
