对痛症与抑郁症关系的再认识
Study on Relations between pain Symptom and Depression
摘要
本文针对姜鹤群先生《痛症与抑郁症关系初探》一文 (见本刊 2 0 0 2年第 1期 4～ 6页 )存在的不足指出“痛症与抑郁症”关系中尚存在“胃肠功能紊乱” ,并从近年来现代医学的确定成果 ,从中医脏腑功能关系、气机等论述了“抑郁、胃肠功能紊乱、疼痛”三者之间的关系。由此作者提出了“抑郁 -胃肠功能紊乱 -疼痛”综合征这一概念。
