摘要 目的 : 研究降钙素基因相关肽、P物质、血管活性肠肽、神经肽Y、生长抑素在正常头皮中的分布情况。方法 : 选用特异性抗体 ,用免疫组化的方法检测了 10例正常头皮标本中五种神经肽的表达情况。结果 : 研究发现正常头皮的表皮中无这五种神经肽的表达 ,在真皮中多部位有其阳性纤维分布。结论 : 正常头皮的真皮中有这五种神经肽的丰富分布。 Objective: To investigate the distribution of calcitonin gene-related peptides (CGRP), substance P (SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), neropeptide Y (NPY) and somatostatin (SOM) in scalps of normal people.Method:The expression of five neuropeptides (NPs) were detected in scalp specimen of 10 normal people by using immunohistochemical staining method with specific antibodies. Results: The five NPs immunoreactive fibres were detected in dermis in many different areas, but not in epidermis. Conclusion : These five NPs exist in dermis of scalps of normal people.
