摘要
系统地分析了铝质高强度电瓷中晶相、气孔、裂纹等显微结构对电瓷强度的影响 ,并研究了原料、配方及生产工艺与电瓷显微结构的关系。结果表明 ,材料的显微结构是决定电瓷强度高低的关键因素 ,而原料、配方和生产工艺又决定了电瓷材料的显微结构。因而 ,从原料着手 ,通过配方和生产工艺的改进来优化设计瓷显微结构是提高产品强度的有效途径。
The effect of crystal,phase pore and fracture of high strength aluminious electric porcelain on its strength property is systematically analyzed.And the relationship between the raw materials,its′ proportion,production technology and the microstructure is studied.The result shows that the microstructure is the decisive factor of the strength property, and raw material, it′s proportion and the porduction technology may decide the microstructure.Then,optimizing the microstructure by improving raw materials,it′s proportion and the production technology is the best way to improve the strength property of electric porcelain.
