Failure Analyses for High Voltage Post Insulators of Ceramic Material

在对交流运行高压支柱瓷绝缘子的机械、电气事故进行分析的基础上 ,提出了解决断裂及裂纹事故的关键是控制水泥膨胀、胶合面增加胶装缓冲层和消除产品在制造过程中残留的内在缺陷 ;解决污闪问题应在预计污秽度下以其真型试验求取污耐压为基础进行污秽绝缘的设计。

Based on analysis of mechanical and electrical failure about AC high voltage post insulators of ceramic material,it is put forward to eliminate break and crack by controlling the cement growth and introduction of amortizing layer on cementing surface and avoiding inherent defection.In order to resolve the pollution flashover problem,the anti pollution design shall be made based on withstand voltage test on real size specimen.
