摘要
本文针对PID控制器在电机测试中的缺陷,将模糊控制技术应用在电机测试系统中。详细论述了系统模糊控制器设计的方法和思路,并给出了转矩调节在PID控制和模糊控制下的动态响应曲线。试验结果表明模糊控制的响应速度快,超调量小,优于PID控制。
According to the disadvantages of the PID control, this paper proposes the application of Fuzzy control in motor test systems. Then it discusses the design of Fuzzy control in details,and it also shows the respective curves of the dynamic response during adjusting the torque under the PID and Fuzzy control. The results prove that by using Fuzzy control, the faster response and the smaller excess can obtained.
