摘要
首先依据计算机的离线高压缸温度场的有限元计算结果 ,给出了一组经回归后的转子热应力的在线快速计算公式 ,进而论述了怎样在对汽轮机寿命进行管理的情况下 ,确定最大允许热应力及最佳温度和压力变化率。若汽轮机按此工况进行控制 ,不仅可以保证汽轮机的寿命 ,并且汽轮机发电机组的冷态启动时间大约可缩短 4h。
In the paper,according to off line limited elements computing result of high pressure jar temperature field,a set of equation to on line quickly compute rotor's heat stress are attained,and how to ensure the Max permitted heat stress and the optional change rate of temperature and pressure is presented .Under this kind of control condition,we can ensure the Steamer's life and shorten the cold start up time of four hours.
