摘要分析了电力市场化条件下 ,管制电价的必要性及其形式和调控机制。 This paper deals with the necessity of electricity regulation price.How it formed and modulation mechanism under power market conditions.All this can provide reference for probing into the painting model of the electricity regulation price of power market conditions.
