摘要
采用Feulgen染色法,用UNIVAR显微分光光度计测定大鳞副泥鳅和泥鳅红细胞DNA含量分别为3.28pg,5.9dpg;用Wright染色,在普通光学显微镜下测量二者红细胞和细胞核的大小分别为101.84μm^2、140.96μm^2和12.37μm^2、13.72μm^2;将两种不同属间的鱼进行人工杂交和反交,其杂交后代都能成活;在扫描电镜下还观察了受精过程、受精栓、受精孔及精子的大小与形状。对鱼类杂交一些机制问题进行了探讨。
The DNA content and diameter of erythrocyte as well as its nucleus in Paramisgurnus dabryanus and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus are measured. The The results show that they have obvious difference and possess ploidy relationship. Artificial hybridization is proceeded between dabryanus and anguillicaudtus, Sanning electron microscopy(SEM)is applied to observe the process of hybrid fertilization and measure micropyle and spermatozoon. Hybrid observed to be alive. The problems about fish hybridization are also discussed.
