摘要
本文报道了高体鰟鮍,斑条剌鰟鮍、兴凯刺鰟鮍、大鳍刺鰟鮍的C-带带型研究结果。发现鰟鮍亚科2n=44及2n=42的鱼类结构异染色质的量及其分布都非常相似,均与2n=48的鱼类有很大差别。由此对结构异染色质与核型演化的关系作了充分探讨,认为鰟鮍亚科鱼类的核型演化机制主要是着丝粒融合。此外,首次报道了斑条刺鰟鮍的核型。
The C-banding patterns demonstrated after BSG C-banding method in four species of Acheilognathinae have been analysed. The distribution of constritutive heterochromatin on the chromosomes of each of these fishes was illustrated. The speecies with karyotypes of 2n=44 and 2n=42 chromosomes possess the same C banding characteristics, But the species with 2n=48 chromosomes is quite different from the others, These results support the hypothesis that the major mechanism of karyotype evolution in Acheilognathinae might be due to centric fusion The increase of the heterochromatin may have enhancing effect on the chromosome differentiation, These reults also provide new evidence for their phyletic evolution.
