渗透稳定剂对蓝藻细胞的作用

摘要 31种糖及无机化合物溶液对蓝藻细胞均显示有害作用,此种作用随不同溶液而异,存在很大差异。其中,以若干无机化合物组成的混合液损害最轻。膜稳定剂(0.1%CaCl_2)有一定保护作用,但葡聚糖硫酸钾杀死细胞。渗透压由高向低的明显改变引起细胞大量破裂。 Thirty-one organic and inorganic compound solutions showed different effects on the cells of blue-green algae. Several compounds killed the cells, without breaking them. Most compounds broke the cells largely in 4~18 hours and the non-broken cells were active. After three days there were some active cells. Any growth did not occur in the presence of osmotic stabilizers. In four compounds, ammonium sulfate, ammonium tartrate, KH_2Po_4 and KCl, the harmful effects were more moderate. The inorganic complex osmotic stabilizers which consist of several inorganic compounds had the least effects. The membrane stabilizer, 0.1% of CaCl_2, could decrease the harmful effects. But another membrane stabilizer, 0.35% of Potassium dextran sulphate,killed cells quickly. Cells of blue-green algae were sensitive to the change of osmotic pressure. The isotonic concentration to the protoplasma of blue-green algae cells could be estimated by determining the ettect of osmotic changes.
