摘要
对断裂刮板进行宏、微观观察 ,化学分析和力学性能测试。结果表明 ,铸件在凝固过程中形成的粗大过热组织和大量内生式反应气孔 ,是导致刮板断裂的主要因素 ;而铸件未能通过有效的正火以改善组织形态 ,是造成刮板早期失效的直接原因。
Analysis of early broken scraping plate was made by means of maroscopic and microscopic examination, chemical analysis and mechanical testing. The results showed that the main reasons to cause the early broken were coarse overheated structures and lots of inner gas holes happened during the freezing of cast. Unproper annealing which couldn′t improve the structure finally made scraping plate unable to prevent early breaking.
