摘要
在含有镉盐及咪唑的弱碱性介质中,当溶液于沸水浴中加热时,镍能与 Cd-TPPS_4络合物发生金属取代,从而加速 Ni-TPPS_4络合物的形成,并使 TPPS_4的荧光定量熄灭,借此建立了测定微量镍的荧光分析的新方法。以三氯甲烷萃取镍与丁二酮肟的螫合物可以使镍与大多数干扰离子分离。本法用于合金钢中镍的测定,获得了满意的结果。
Nickel can form a complex with TPPS_4 bymetal-substitution in the Cd-TPPS_4 complex inweakly alkaline medium containing cadmium sahand imidazole by heating on a boiling waterbath,with the result of fluorescence-quenching ofTPPS_4.On this basis a new fluorometric methodfor the determination of microamounts of nick-el was established.In order to separate nickelfrom most interfering ions,dimethylglyoximewas used for the extraction of nickel.This meth-od has been used to the determination of nickelin alloys and the results are satisfactory.
