摘要
阐释市场经济的本质是信用经济、契约经济。指明市场主体———企业,只有建立在信用的基础上,本着“诚信”经营,才能维护正常的市场经济秩序。提出营造企业“诚信”环境的具体意见,为企业铺设成功之路出谋献策。
Market economy is crediteconomy and contracteconomyin essence,whichrequiresbusinesses to be basedon credit.Only in this way can normal orders of marketeconomy be maintained.This paper tries to analyze the necessityof sincerityand credibilityand gives some suggestionson how to constructsincerity and credibilityby citingsome successful examplesof some foreigncompanies.
