With the more and more tense marketing competition and the applicatio n of the strategy of market combination, the resurvey of the relationships betwe en enterprises helps to establish a new marketing conception--cooperative mark eting. From the perspective of manufacturer, cooperative marketing has many adva ntages. Therefore, it is a must to carry out cooperative marketing so as to real ize the mutual benefit.
