摘要
黄芪在肾病科有滥用倾向 ,黄芪属于甘温益气药 ,只能用于辨证为气虚证的肾病 ,并不能用于所有的肾病 ,特别是阴虚、湿热、热毒型肾病为黄芪的禁忌症。
Threre is a tendency of abusing astragalus root in treatment of renal disease.The author holds that it can only be used to treat the renal disease when it is due to qi deficiency syndrome,because astragalus root belongs to sweet-warm qi-tonifying herbs.So it should not be applied to all kinds of renal diseasse.Particularly,astragalus root should be contraindicated to those syndromes such as yin deficiency,damp-heat and heat-toxin.
