宁波市城区老年人1987～2001年病伤死亡原因分析

Analysis on Death Causes of Elderly People from 1987 to 2001 in Urban Population in Ningbo City

目的 探讨影响宁波市城区老年人健康的主要死亡原因及其变化情况 ,为制定卫生政策和预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法 对 15年间 (1987～ 2 0 0 1)宁波市城区老年人的病伤死亡原因年报表进行了分析。结果 老年人因病伤致死的标化死亡率为 3438 6 3/10万 ,男性死亡率是女性的 1 6 4倍。男性前 3位死因顺位分别为肿瘤、循环系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病 ;而女性分别为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病和肿瘤。分年龄组分析发现 ,70岁及以下年龄组老年人中肿瘤所致标化死亡率为最高 ;75 ,80岁年龄组中因患循环系统疾病所致标化死亡率为最高 ;而 85岁及以上年龄组老年人中则因患呼吸系统疾病所致标化死亡率为最高。结论 加强我市城区老年人预防保健工作的重点应放在循环系统疾病、肿瘤。

Objective To analyze the causes of the elderly people (over than 60 years) death in urban population in Ningbo city,and provide basic evidences for hygiene policy and preventative measures.Methods Mortality data of elderly people for 15 years in Ningbo city based on national annual motality statistics reports between 1987 and 2001 were analyzed.Results The standardized specific death rate of diseases or injures reached 3438.63/100,000 in elderly people, and the mortality of male elders was 1.64 times higher than that of female elders.The leading three causes of the death (in rank order) for older men were tumors,circulatory system diseases and respiratory diseases.However,the leading three causes for older women were circulatory system diseases,respiratory diseases and tumors.The first cause of death of 70 years old and below groups was tumors,among 75 years old and 80 age groups were circulatory diseases,and over 85 years was respiratory diseases,respectively.Conclusion The controlling measures should be focused on prevention of circulatory system diseases,tumors,respiratory diseases,and injuries.
