灵芝抗辐射功能的研究

Study on Radioprotective Effect of Canoderma Lucidum

目的 探讨灵芝的抗辐射作用。方法 以 0 2 5 ,0 5 0 ,1 5 0 g/kg体重的灵芝精粉混悬液连续给小鼠灌胃 6 0天 ,在第 30天以射线照射小鼠 ,观察小鼠的白细胞总数、30天存活率、平均存活时间。结果 灵芝精粉能使辐射后小鼠 30天存活率明显增高、平均存活时间延长、白细胞总数明显增加。

Objective To study the radioprotective effect of canoderma lucidum on 60 Co-γ-ray-induced injury.Methods Mice were treated with three different doses of canoderma lucidum in 60 days.All groups were irradiated once with 8.2Gy 60 Co-γ-ray on thirtieth-day,and then the differnece in survival rates,average survival time and the changes in white blood cells were observed.Results The 30-day survival rate,average survival time and the WBC counts of canoderma lucidum-protected mice were all much higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Canoderma lucidum had significant anti-radiation effect.
