Roentgenologic Diagnosis of Duodenal Adenocarcinoma.A Report of 4 Cases

本文报告4例十二指肠腺癌,重点讨论了本病的基本X线征象,强调了低张力双对比造影在诊断中的重要价值:1.能真实显现病灶的形态学特征;2,有利于癌肿与良性病变的鉴别;3,观察病变周围脏器组织的形态特征改变,为病灶切除提供参考资料。论述了十二指肠癌肿与其他常见病的鉴别要点及其漏、误诊原因。

Four cases of adenocarcinoma arising in the duodenum are reported.The importance of hypotonic double contrast examination was emphasized. The advantages of this technique are that, (a) the morphologic features of lesion can be demonstrated clearly, (b) it helps in differentiating malignant lesions from benign, and that (c) the structural changes of viscera adjacent to the lesion can be observed a fact which is important in evaluating the resectability of the tumor.
