雄性激素在烧伤病人中应用的疗效观察

The effect of androgen on burn patient

目的 :探讨应用雄性激素对烧伤病人代谢变化影响及促进创面愈合的疗效。方法 :32例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 16例 ,给予烧伤常规治疗加雄性激素治疗 (伤后 3天用药 ) ,对照组 16例为同期住院条件相似的烧伤患者 ,仅给予常规治疗。两组均观察血糖、白蛋白的变化 ,刃厚皮供区和创面愈合时间。结果 :烧伤病人应用雄性激素后 ,血糖升高与用药前比较 ,有显著差别 (P <0 0 5 )。白蛋白均较用药前增高 ,并高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组供区及创面愈合时间缩短 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :应用雄性激素能促进蛋白合成 ,加速创面愈合 ,但同时会引起高血糖 ,需注意监测。

Objective: To investigate the effects of androgen on metabolism and wound healing of burn patients.Methods:Thirty-two patients were randomized into the therapeutic group and the controls(16 cases of each). The therapeutic group were received routine burning treatment combined with androgen(3 days after burning).For the controls,only routine procedure were done.The changes of blood sugar and albumin were observed,as well as the healing time of wound surface and skin donor site.Results:Compared with the controls,the blood sugar and albumin were both elevated(P<0.05)after application of androgen to burn patients,The healing period of burn wound surface and donor site were shortened in patients with androgen.Conclusion:Androgen could increase protein synthesis,thus enhance wound surface healing,while it would induce hyperglycemia which need monitor during treatment.
