金银花含漱液对鼻咽癌放疗所致口咽并发症预防作用的探讨

Evaluation on the effects of Jinyin flower Liquor for mouthewash in the prevention of pharyngo-oral complicantion of NPC patients treated with radiotherapy

目的 :探讨金银花含漱液对鼻咽癌放疗病人口咽并发症的预防作用。方法 :把 10 0例病人随机分成两组 ,每组 5 0例 ;治疗组从放疗开始就给予金银花含漱液含漱至放疗结束 ,对照组未使用特殊含漱药物 ,比较两组口咽并发症的发生率。结果 :两组比较 ,治疗组对放疗引起的口干、咽痛等并发症明显低于对照组。结论 :金银花含漱液对放疗所致口咽并发症有预防作用 ,且费用低 ,口感好 ,病人易于接受 ,是一种较理想的含漱液。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Jinyin flower liquor for mouthwash in the prevention of pharyngo-oral complicantion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods:100 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Each group had 50 cases. The patients of treatment group were given Jinyin flower liquor for mouthwash during radiotherapy.The patients of other group didn't given any liquor for mouth wash.The incident rate of pharyngo-oral complication were compared between the two groups.Results: After the treatment, The incident rate of complicantion of radiotherapy such as oral dryness, sore throat, in treatment group were lower than those of control group. Conclusion:Jinyin flower liquor for mouthwash play a role of prevention of the opharyngo-oral complicantion of rediotherapy. It is a cheap,sweet taste and well liquor for mouthwash.
