摘要
研究了超临界流体技术制备靶向脂质体的方法 ,将 SOD和磁性材料 Fe3 O4混溶后与卵磷脂充分乳化 ,经超临界 CO2 的溶胀沉析、真空冻干处理 ,获得 SOD靶向脂质体干品。当油水质量比为 7∶ 1,胆固醇与卵磷脂质量比为 1∶ 3,SOD与胆固醇质量比为 1∶ 10 ,SOD质量浓度为 0 .5 mg.m L-1时 ,靶向脂质体的包封率达到 96 ,包封比为 7.0 0 ,平均粒径为 3.85 μm,为多层脂质体。
The method of making targeting liposome with supercritical fluid technology and liposome surface morphology were studied. The SOD was dissolved, then mixed with magnetic material Fe 3O 4 and emulsified by ultrasonic wave. The final product dry SOD was acquired by supercritical CO 2 swelling, and vacuum freezing and drying. The weight proportion of lecithin to water, cholesterol to lecithin, SOD to cholesterol and the SOD concentration were 1∶7,1∶3,1∶10 and 0 5 mg·mL -1 respectively. The burying percentage reached to 96 % .
