摘要
介绍了目前国内对毛织物进行防缩整理的方法,提出了利用超声波对羊毛防缩的新方法,探讨了超声波对溶液及纤维的作用机理,经实验证明:用超声波进行防缩整理效果好,减少整理剂用量,缩短反应时间,减少环境污染.另外。
This paper made an introduction to shrink-proof finishing methods at home, suggested using a new method, that is,supersonic wave in wool shrink-proof treatment, and investigated the acting mechanism of supersonic wave to the solvent and fibre. The experience showed that good result can be obtained by using supersonic wave in shrink resistant treatment, the amount of finishing agent was reduced, reaction time shortened and environmental pollution lessened. Use of supersonic wave in the pretreatment of fabric was also introduced.
