摘要
报道了两性天然高分子絮凝剂的合成方法 :以淀粉为基材、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸等为原料 ,利用反相乳液聚合技术 ,采用四元聚合的方法。论述了引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、油水体积比、单体浓度、单体配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应产物的转化率、接枝率、接枝效率、阳离子化度、阴离子化度等方面的影响。利用正交实验确定了最佳实验条件 :(NH4) 2 S2 O8浓度 0 .330mmol/L ,NH2 CONH2 浓度 2 .5 0mmol/L ,单体质量分数30 % ,单体与淀粉质量比 1.5∶1,AM、DMDAAC、MAA质量比 70∶2 0∶10 ,乳化剂质量分数 8%、油水体积比 1.4∶1,引发时间 10min ,反应温度 4 5℃ ,反应时间 4h。
This paper reports the method for synthesis of amphoteric inartificial high molecule flocculent:starch as base material; diallydimethyl ammonium chloride, acrylamide, and methacrylic acid as material; using inverse emulsion polymerization with four member polymerization. We investigate various factors: concentration of initiator, emulsifier, and monomer; oil/water ratio; monomer/starch ratio; reaction temperature and time; affecting product performance: transformation ratio, graft ratio, graft efficiency, degrees of positive and negative ionization. Using orthogonal experiment, we determine the optimum condition: (NH 4) 2S 2O 8=0.330?mmol/L, NH 2CONH 2=2.50?mmol/L, M=30%, monomer/starch(in mass)=1.5∶1, AM/DMDAAC/MAA(in mass)=70∶20∶10,E=8%, oil/water(in volume)=1.4∶1,initiating time=10?min, reaction temperature=45?℃,reaction period of time=4?h?
