摘要
研究了人参皂甙Rh2生产过程中所生成的副产品Rg3的分离提纯。用硅胶柱层析法从人参皂甙混合物中分离出单体Rg3的得率为样品的 16 %。再用化学法对Rg3进行拆分。 2 0 (S) 和2 0 (R) Rg3异构体 ,通过乙酰化反应生成极性相差较大的异构体 ,经硅胶柱层析得到两种产物 ,分别脱乙酰化后得到 2 0 (S) Rg3和 2 0 (R) Rg3。 2 0 (R) Rg3收率为 5 5 %。
We separate and purify the ginsenoside Rg3,byproduct in producing ginsenoside Rh2. The yield of G Gg3 from mixture of ginsenosides by silica gel column is 16%. The diastereoisomers 20(S) and 20(R) Rg3 are separated with chemical method. The ginsenoside Rg3 is treated with acetic anhydride to get acetyl 20(S) Rg3 and acetyl 20(R) Rg3 mixture. The mixture is separated by silica gel column to obtain two kinds of products, removing the acetyl respectively to get 20(S) Rg3 and 20(R) Rg3. The yield of 20(R) Rg3 is 55%.
