摘要
单独用苦丁茶制成的茶饮料口感苦、涩 ,影响了消费者饮用的积极性。为解决这个问题 ,实验采用苦丁茶、 4绿茶两种原料 ,确定了新型苦丁茶饮料的配方和工艺条件 ,制成的新型苦丁茶饮料香甜甘爽 。
Drinks made exclusively from Aguifoliaceac Iexkuaingcha seng (AIS) are not appreciated by consumers for their bitterness and astringentness. With a view of giving a solution to the problem, experiments were carried out on the preparation of drinks from both AIS and green tea. The formula and technological conditions were determined for the new drinks, which were featured by their pleasant taste and refreshing and healthcare functions.
