略论职技高师教育教学改革

Commentary on the Teaching Reform of Higher Vocational and Technical Teachers College

基于职技高师办学实际以及入世大环境对我国高等教育的影响,提出转变教育观念、强化教学管理、改革教学内容方法及考核方式、调整专业结构及课程设置、提高师资队伍学术建设水平和加强实践教学等具有职技高师特色的教育教学改革策略,为职技高师教育教学改革及可持续发展提供一定的理论参考。

Based on the actual conditions of running school in higher vocational and technical teachers college and the influence of entering WTO on Chinese higher education,the article points out the tactics of teaching reform with the distinctive characteristics of higher vocational and technical teachers college as follows :changing teaching idea,strengthening teaching management ,reforming teaching content and check-up mode,adjusting speciality structure and curriculum offered,improving the academic level of teaching staff,enhancing practical teaching and so on,which can provide reference to the teaching re-form and sustainable development of higher vocational and technical teachers college.
