Introduces On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) and ActiveX Data Objects Multidimensional (ADO MD), which can be used in decision support system (DSS) for chain stores distribution. Then using this system as an example, it describes the steps to set up a cube for data warehouse and how to mine data by MDX.
