摘要
本文探讨高压气(HBO)对急性脑缺血再灌注作用的机制,对在常压下制作的动物模型加以改进,并设计了经面罩呼吸人工配制的氮氧混合气体的实验组,以鉴别高气压与 HBO 对实验指标的作用。血气分析和病理检查结果证实该动物模型是可靠的。
In order to explore the mechanism of the effectof hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)on reperfusion afteracute cerebral ischemia,the animal model producedat ambient pressure was improved.The controlgroup breathing artificial nitrogen-oxygen mixture(?)as was designed to distinguish the effects of highpressure and HBO on experimental indexes.Theresults of blood-gas analysis indcated that thedifference of pH in each animal group was notsignificant(p>0.05).Both the PO_2 and PCO_2 ofHBO group were significantly elevate(?)(P<0.05,p<0.01 respectively).Pathological examinationshowed that the brain edema,the damage of themembranes of neurocyte and nucleus,the chromatinsas well as the mitochondrias were mild in the HBOgroup.It was concluded that HBO was a primaryfactor of effect on the experimental indexes and theanimal model reliable.
