摘要
本文介绍了家兔脊髓缺血性损伤模型的制作。腹主动脉夹闭造成脊髓缺血,腰段脊髓血流量可降低60%以上。脊髓损伤程度与缺血时间密切相关,缺血30、35、40分钟以下可致双后肢可逆性瘫痪。缺血45分钟以上可致双后肢不可逆性瘫痪。部分缺血35、40分钟的动物,恢复血供(再灌流)24小时后,双后肢再次瘫痪。观察脊髓病理学变化,损伤范围可达胸6平面。
The present paper reports an animal model ofspinal cord ischemic injury.Occlsion of abdominalaorta decreased the lumbar spinal cord blood flow(SCBF)to 39.3% of the pre-ischemic value.Theseverity of the spinal cord injury correlated with theduration of occlusion closely:(1)30,35,40min afterof aorta lasted occlusion paraplysis of the hindlimbswere reversible;(2)occlusion of the lasted morethan 45min caused irreversible paraplegia;(3)thehindlimbs were paralyzed again in nearly half ofthe animals under go ischemic condition for 35,40min and then reperfusion for 24 hrs.The patho-logical changes of those animals were found up toT6 level of spinal cord.
