立体定向适形放疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗原发性肝癌疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :评估立体定向适形放疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗对原发性肝癌的治疗方法及近期疗效。方法 :19例原发性肝癌患者在经历 3次肝动脉插管栓塞化疗 6周后 ,经CT定位扫描 ,确定靶区 ,采用Fisher 3DTPS设计治疗计划 ,Varian 6 0 0C/D +MLC实施适形非共面多野放疗 ,DT 6 0~ 6 5Gy/ 9~ 11Fraction/ 15~ 2 2d。结果 :放疗后 4例达到CR ,11例达到PR ,2例NC ,1例PD ,1例在治疗后 1周出现黄疸 ,死于急性肝功衰竭。结论
