自发性细菌性腹膜炎预防治疗的问题及对策 被引量：2

摘要 口服氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物,选择性肠道去污染是预防自发性细菌性腹膜炎(SBP)的重要措施。但由此而诱发耐药菌株产生,并使SBP或其他感染的病原菌株发生变化。进一步筛选SBP的危险因素,严格控制预防性抗菌治疗的对象,可能是解决问题的对策。
